WISE Fashion is powered by a diverse consortium of organisations across Europe—ranging from municipalities and NGOs to educational institutes and innovation hubs—each bringing unique expertise in sustainability, youth empowerment and digital transformation to ensure the project’s success.

Municipality of Alba Iulia (Romania) - Coordinator

A local authority serving around 63 000 residents, employing over 700 people and managing 189 schools. It has a strong record of EU funded projects and high external fund absorption. Key figures like public manager Maria Seemann and councilor Sebastian Băeşan bring extensive experience in large scale project management.

Srbija u pokretu (Serbia) – Partner

Also known as “Serbia on the Move,” this NGO (founded 2009) works to build an active civil society through youth engagement, community organising and social activism. It operates 12 local clubs with around 600 members, offering entrepreneurship training, employability skills and digital competencies to NEETs and young people with disabilities.

Sürdürülebilir Dijital Dönüşüm Derneği (ASDIT), Turkey – Partner

A volunteer driven NGO promoting digital and green transitions. Based in Istanbul’s Sancaktepe district, it provides training in social entrepreneurship, ICT, robotics, crypto art and environmental protection. Its team includes specialists in ecology, AI, mental well being and media literacy.

PRAMMER Wissens Stadt Institut (Austria) – Partner

A non profit institute dedicated to modern education, social inclusion and sustainable development. PRAMMER researches educational gaps, offers coaching and workshops for NEETs, refugees and disadvantaged groups, and emphasises gamification, emotional intelligence and green skills such as recycled textiles.

Fundacja Inkubator Innowacji (FII, Poland) – Partner

A Warsaw based foundation supporting non formal education and European awareness. It focuses on entrepreneurship, ecology and inclusion, running projects such as e banking training for seniors and recycling campaigns for families. FII’s team includes experienced youth workers, intercultural facilitators and marketing specialists.
