PROJECT RESULTS

WP1
Project Management
Manages planning, quality control, risk management and inclusiveness across all activities. Uses advisory boards and pilot tests to ensure all materials and activities are accessible, particularly for NEETs and people with disabilities.
WP2
Framing Phase
Establishes cooperation among partners, develops audiovisual resources explaining recycled fashion and career opportunities, and lays out the training curriculum and contents. Includes a transnational meeting, staff training and feedback loops with external experts.
WP3
Training Phase
Produces two key outputs: a digital toolkit for youth workers and a digital handbook for young people. Organises international mobility experiences and national advisory board meetings.
WP4
Pilot Phase
Delivers virtual seminars and webinars plus local pilot trainings to teach young people and youth workers about recycled fashion entrepreneurship. Raises awareness of recycling’s role in climate mitigation and supports digital skills development.
WP5
Outreach Phase
Runs a broad outreach campaign featuring local and international recycled fashion shows, multiplier events and a behaviour change campaign. Disseminates the project’s results, engages policymakers and stakeholders, and encourages further collaboration across Europe.
